Exterior renovation and partial interior build out of a 90 year old two- story Spanish Missionary style structure. Exterior scope included roof repairs, painting, reworking of the existing wood windows and replacement of the existing storefront windows. Interior scope included build-out of The Vitamin Shoppe’s 3,500 sf store. (2005 – $500,000)
